Call for new books

FCUL has just launched the 2016 call for new books for our libraries!

Please send your requests until the end of next week (deadline: April 1)
by email.
For each book include the following information:
  1. title;
  2. authors or editors;
  3. ISBN/ISSN (13 digits);
  4. year of publication;
  5. publisher;
  6. edition;
  7. papel/digital;
  8. number of copies already in our libraries (FCUL+DI);
  9. asking quantity;
  10. discipline;
  11. teacher responsible;
  12. number of students;
  13. priority high/medium/low;
  14. comments.
The rule for each book request is to always keep a copy in the DI Library (C6).
If quantity>1 the remaining (quantity-1) will go to C5, in the Main Library of FCUL.

Since 2013 all books requests at FCUL are yearly merged for a single invoice (see internal communication the FCUL - no call in 2014).
