b-on/DI FAQ

1. I found articles from some journals in b-on that are accessible for download without payment, but articles from other journals requires payment, what to do?
   
   Please check here how/when to do a request for that publication.
   
   
2. I am at home and b-on asks me to pay for reading an article, what to do?
   
   Please connect to FCUL VPN - DI VPN may also solve the problem, but we are not sure at the moment.
   
   
3. I am in the DI network but b-on asks me to pay for reading an article, what to do?
   
   Please connect to FCUL VPN - there are a few colleagues having problems connecting even inside de DI.
   
   
4. I have FCUL VPN connected but b-on still ask me to pay for reading any b-on article, what to do?
   
   Please connect to FCUL VPN - thre are a few colleagues having problems connecting even inside de DI.
   
   
5. I have FCUL VPN connected and I did reload the b-on page twice, but it still asks me to pay for reading any b-on article, what to do?
   
   If you are using an OS/internet-browser configuration Windows7/Chrome, please fill and send this email .
   For other configurations there has been problems, namely:
   1. Linux/Firefox.
   2. iOS/all-browsers.
   3. Windows7/Explorer sometimes.
   These problems with specific OS/internet-browser configurations were already reported to ULisboa/b-on responsibles.
