QUEEN'S FOUR

This game is played on the following 12x15 square board:

  • TURN - On each turn, each player must move one friendly stone
    • Stones slide (orthogonally or diagonally) over a line of empty cells (like a non-capturing chess queen).
  • GOAL - Wins the player that makes a 4 in-a-row.

This game seems to have pieces with too much movement power for such a fast goal. Even considering the fact that players do not have many pieces, the first player seems to get lots of advantage. Perhaps the use of a PIE rule could balance a bit more the initial moves that are fundamental to the game's final outcome.
