PURE TAC

This game is played on the following 5x4 square board:

 

TURN - On each turn, each player moves a friendly stone to an orthogonally adjacent empty cell. GOAL - Wins the player that first makes a 3 in-a-row.

 

An example Black's turn. He may win in two turns, by moving the stones at b3 and c4 to cells [1]. White cannot reply, his stones are too scattered.

This game is described here (I wish to thank Lada Urbanova for this link). The Pie rule can be applied to this simple game (making it a bit more interesting): one player creates an initial setup, the other player chose color and who starts.
